PURPOSE: A tensile strength prediction method using a shear force and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce a session, a manpower, and costs because a shearing process and tensile strength measuring process can be processed together. CONSTITUTION: A tensile strength prediction method using a shear force and an apparatus thereof is as follows. A timber is cut by a hydraulic cutter(110). A shear force is extracted from the step cutting the timber(120). A tensile strength of the wire is predicted by using the extracted shear force(130). A database with respect to a relation between the extracted shear force and tensile strength is generated(140). A step predicting the tensile strength by using the shear force predicts the tensile strength by using the generated database. |
