PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing device for opening and closing a door is provided to perform a sufficient shock-absorbing function with a damper including an air pressure cylinder structure by removing shock energy with the circular motion, linear motion, and compression and expansion of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing device comprises a shock-absorbing damper unit and a control lever unit. The shock-absorbing damper unit transfers shock energy transferred by an accept lever(40) to a damper through a guide gear, a damper gear, a control gear, and a lever screw, and absorbs or removes the shock energy. The control lever unit comprises the accept lever protruding towards a door and a trigger lever inserted into an insertion unit of the accept lever.
