PURPOSE: An electric device is provided to prevent the outermost part of a generating element which is structurally a weak part against an external force. CONSTITUTION: An electric device comprises a generating element in which a negative electrode, a separator, and a positive electrode are laminated in order as first and second sheets(21,22). The first and second sheets consist of a resin-porous body which has an elongation direction of a short axis and is coated to surround the whole part of the generating element to cross the elongation direction of the first sheet and the elongation direction of the second sheet to each other. The crosslinking angle of the elongation directions of the first and second sheets is 90°. The electric device includes a laminate film coating the whole part of a battery element which is coated with the first and second sheets.
