PURPOSE: A rehabilitation training assistance device, a U-health system including the same, and a service method thereof are provided to enable a patient to conveniently perform rehabilitation training through a portable terminal without directly visiting a hospital. CONSTITUTION: A user performs rehabilitation training by using a health information relay unit(200). When the user completes the rehabilitation training, the health information relay unit transmits a first U-health message including exercise information for the completed rehabilitation training to a U-health server(300). The U-health server receives the message and transmits an acknowledgement to the health information relay unit. The U-health server builds a database about rehabilitation training records of the user.
