<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cross-linked carbon nano-tube is provided to manufacture the carbon nano-tube in which the side cross-linked is formed in a relatively fast time with a simple method, improve an orientation to one side by the side cross-link of the carbon nano-tube, and plan an improvement of a mechanical property of a carbon nano-tube cluster. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cross-linked carbon nano-tube comprises following steps. A step of manufacturing a dispersion solution by dispersing the carbon nano-tube into a chloride solvent; a step of injecting a compound having a functional group cross-linking in a side of the carbon nano-tube by a 1,3-loop opening addition reaction in the dispersion solution, manufacturing a reacting solution, heating and reacting; a step of cooling the reacting solution, filtering and recollecting the carbon nano-tube. A compound having the functional group cross-linking in the side of the carbon nano-tube by the 1,3-loop opening addition reaction is a compound having the nitrile oxide, the azide, diazoalkane or an ozone functional group. A compound having the azide functional group is the oxyethylene bisazide, lithium azide, chlorobenzene die azonium, benzo nitrile compound or mixture thereof. The chloride solvent is more than one selected from a group comprised of the tetrachloroethane, dichloroethane, and tetrachlorocarbon.
