A sound source transmission system and method, and a sound source pushing device are provided to allow a user to hear a sound source including a voice message as well as hearing the voice message to thus diversify services. A network connection unit(420) is connected to a mobile communication system(300). A sound source unit(433) stores a sound source. A main controller(410) controls an overall operation of a sound source pushing device(400). A sound source management unit(431) receives a sound source code and a destination number from a mobile terminal of a caller via the mobile communication system, searches a sound source from the sound source unit with reference to the received sound source code, is connected to a mobile terminal of a callee, and transmits the searched sound source. A sound source encoding unit(434) converts the searched sound source. |
