PURPOSE: A shape diagnostor using a face image and an x-ray image is provided to improve the accuracy of a prescription by minimizing the errors of diagnosis with accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A data storage part(110) stores a facial image of an examinee. The data storage part stores an X-ray image of the head of the examinee. A shape diagnosis controlling part(120) uses facial data and bone data. The shape diagnosis controlling part calculates a parameter value required for the shape diagnosis of the examinee.
