PURPOSE: A signal detection apparatus and a wireless power transmission apparatus having thereof are provided to generate resonance using a RFID transponder and a capacitor and to extract a transmission signal of a power receiving device from the resonated signals. CONSTITUTION: A resonant tank circuit(400) comprises a RFID transponder(402) and a capacitor(404). The RFID transponder detects the signals of magnetic field changes generated in a power transmission coil. The RFID transponder is connected in parallel to the capacitor and resonated by the detected signals of magnetic field changes for generating resonant signals. A signal extracting unit(410) extracts a transmission signal of a power receiving device from the resonant signals for outputting the transmission signal to a power transmission control unit.
