PURPOSE: A heat exchanging header plate is provided to improve the thermal endurance by projecting an acceptance flange to the opposite direction of a header plates. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanging header plate comprises a body(100) and an acceptance flange(200). The body comprises a plurality of tube acceptation holes(110) for communicating with a plurality of square tubes. The body has an inbound curved circumference shift for bonding with the header tank while forming a hoop portion. The acceptance flange is outside projected to the combining direction with the header tank and opposite direction and accepts the end of each square tube from the circumference of each tube acceptation hole formed in the body. The acceptance flange has a thin thick from the site in which the tube acceptation hole of the body is formed to the projected direction. |
