A bubble tool according to the present invention comprises: an outer ring provided with a plurality of protrusions along a circumference and a coupling groove on an inner circumference; a handle which is coupled to an outer side surface of one side of the outer ring; an inner ring which has a diameter that is smaller than that of the outer ring and is provided with a plurality of protrusions along a circumference; and a connection bar, which is formed at a length so as to extend from one side of the inner ring and so that the center of the inner ring is arranged eccentrically to one side off of the center of the outer ring, and which is inserted and fixed to the coupling groove of the outer ring.
