PURPOSE: Solid fuel based on waste gypsum and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain solid fuel by mixing waste such as waste gypsum with other materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing solid fuel based on waste gypsum includes the following: dehydrated dried waste gypsum, food waste, dried waste lime, and waste coal are pulverized; loess, elvan, zeolite, germanium, and feldspar are pulverized; 40-60 weight% of the pulverized waste gypsum, 5-25 weight% of the pulverized waste coal, 10-40 weight% of pulverized food waste, and 2-10 weight% of waste oil are mixed; 2-6 weight% of the additive of pulverized loess, elvan, zeolite, germanium, and feldspar is mixed with the preceding mixture; the mixture is kneaded with water to be shaped in the form of pellets.
