<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor apparatus capable of suppressing reduction of detection accuracy without preparing an additional component, and to provide a method for manufacturing the angular velocity sensor apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A case 21 in which portions of adjacent leads 30 projected from the case 21 are mutually connected by a fixed tie-bar 31 is prepared, and a sensor part 10 is loaded in the case 21 through a joint member 40. Then, in a cut step, the fixed tie-bar 31 is cut off while leaving a part of the fixed tie-bar 31 in the leads 30 to separate the leads 30 from each other, so that the sensor part 10 acts as a dynamic vibration absorber for absorbing vibration against a resonance frequency of a lead part 32 configured by the portions of the leads 30 projected from the case 21 and the residual of the fixed tie-bar 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
