<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat knitting machine including loop pressers, in which loops near fixed sinkers can be smoothly pressed down, and the amount of downward swinging of each loop pressing part can be reduced to make a swinging space compact, and which enables easy layout of the loop pressers and auxiliary beds. <P>SOLUTION: A loop presser 21 of the flat knitting machine is accommodated in each of accommodation grooves 22 on auxiliary beds 20, and a loop pressing part 212 is urged downward by an arm 215 and an advance/retreat cam 41. The loop pressing part 212 is swung downward upon advance and is swung to return upon retreat by the advance/retreat cam 41. The loop pressing part 212 has also a function as a yarn guide. The loop presser 21 and each auxiliary bed 20 are each inclined toward a needle bed gap part g obliquely from above and obliquely downward in the advance direction of the loop pressing part 212. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
