PURPOSE: A natural type vegetation mat manufacturing device for the ecological restoration is provided to uniformly disperse seeds on the vegetation mat. CONSTITUTION: A natural type vegetation mat manufacturing device comprises the following: a storage tank(31) for storing a mixture containing an adhesive and activated charcoal; a rotation roll(34) receiving the mixture from the lower side of the storage tank; a coating roll(35) in contact with the rotation roll for uniformly spreading the mixture and coating the mixture on a vegetation mat(40); a seed supplying unit(50) sprinkling seeds(3) on the vegetation mat; a winding reel winding the vegetation mat; a hopper(58) storing the seeds; and a supply roll(41) including recesses on the surface.
