<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise light from being received by a light-receiving element. <P>SOLUTION: A photoreceiver includes a light receiving element having a light receiving part; a first diaphragm plate which is disposed at the light receiving part side of the light receiving element and has a first opening at a position corresponding to the light receiving part; and a second diaphragm plate which is disposed between the light receiving part and the first diaphragm plate and has a second opening at a position corresponding to the first opening.
