<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electronic circuit, capable of forming an electronic circuit with a few kinds of materials, and to provide an electronic circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor 43 which connects between electronic components in an electronic circuit is formed by coating a liquid L, containing metal particles, on a substrate. A resistor 42 having electric resistance higher than that of the conductor 43 is formed by coating the liquid L on the substrate and oxidizing the metal particles contained in the liquid L.
