<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxane composition which is crosslinked by polycondensation, does not contain an alkyl tin-based catalyst showing a toxic problem, and can be vulcanized to an elastomer at room temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxane composition includes a silicone base B capable of being cured by polycondensation reaction to be a silicone elastomer, and an effective amount of at least one polycondensation catalyst as a catalyst, wherein the catalyst is a metal complex A (excluding zinc diacetyl acetonate and Zn(acac)<SB POS="POST">2</SB>compounds) represented by the formula [Zn(L<SP POS="POST">1</SP>)(L<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)] or a salt of the same, wherein the marks L<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and L<SP POS="POST">2</SP>are ligands which are β-dicarbonylate anion, or an enolate anion containing a β-dicarbonylal compound or β-ketoester-derived acetylacetate anion, of the formula R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>COCHR<SP POS="POST">2</SP>COR<SP POS="POST">3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
