<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission control of a transmission destination division mail in which envelope information is created for each transmission destination by using envelope information before transmission destination division is performed. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether other e-mail having the same identification information as that of received e-mail data has been already acquired. When it is determined that the other e-mail having the same identification information has been already acquired, integration of the envelope information is executed.
