<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a transparent conductive member capable of manufacturing in good productivity a transparent conductive member having both excellent transparency and conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a transparent conductive member 1 comprises steps of: forming a graphene layer 3 on a metal foil 2 with an evaporation method; bonding a surface which is an opposite side of the metal foil 2 of the graphene layer 3 to a transparent base material 4; and forming a first conductor layer 5 by applying a patterning process on the metal foil 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
