<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat-releasing sheet to improve strength against bending, to enhance thermal conductivity while easily machining the sheet into various shapes, and to improve strength against vibration. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a heat-releasing sheet, fibers and thermally-conductive powder are suspended in water to form slurry for papermaking, and the slurry for papermaking is subjected to wet papermaking to be formed into a sheet-like form. In the method, beaten pulp provided with an enormous number of minute fibers on a surface thereof by being beaten and non-beaten fibers are suspended in the slurry for papermaking; the thermally-conductive powder suspended in the slurry for papermaking is bounded to the fibers, which are made into paper having a sheet-like shape; and the obtained paper sheet is subjected to a hot press. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
