<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a mask region for privacy protection on a camera screen deformed by pan rotation, tilt rotation and zoom. <P>SOLUTION: A micro computer 120 included in an imaging apparatus 10 comprises: a mask two-dimension/three-dimension conversion section 154 for taking a focal distance corresponding to a zoom position on one axis (for example, a Z-axis) of three-dimensional coordinates to indicate a two-dimensional position of an imaging surface 20 (a rectangle) depending on a specification of an imaging element 104 by using the three-dimensional coordinates; and a mask display position calculation section 165 for, when converting a mask position on the imaging surface 20 on the three-dimensional coordinates after pan rotation, tilt rotation and zoom into a two-dimensional position on a camera screen 21 (a rectangle), using the similarity between a size of the imaging surface 20 and a size of the camera screen 21 to calculate a two-dimensional mask position of the camera screen 21 by using distances from three vertices of the imaging surface 20 and the camera screen 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
