<p>An encoder (4203) encodes live image data, which is representative of a scene captured on an image pickup plane, to create a broadcast packet. A broadcast transmission circuit (4204) evenly and periodically transfers the broadcast packet, which has been created by the encoder (4203), to peripheral smart phones (50). The encoder (4203) also encodes still image data, which has been acquired on the basis of image pickup instructions, to create unicast packets. A unicast transmission circuit (4205) executes, between broadcast transfers, processes of transferring the created unicast packets to particular respective smart phones (50) one after another.</p> |
