PURPOSE: A logged measurement reporting method in a wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to optimize a network by allowing a terminal to execute an MDT(Multi-Dimension Technology) measuring and reporting process even if an RAT(Radio Access Technology) is changed. CONSTITUTION: After a terminal is changed into an RRC(Radio Resource Control) idle mode, the terminal logs measurement for an RAT A and an RAT B according to measurement setting A received from a first cell which uses the RAT A(S810-S830). The terminal receives measurement setting B from a second cell which uses the RAT B according to the movement of the terminal(S840,S850). After the terminal is converted into the RRC idle mode, the terminal logs measurement for the RAT A and the RAT B according to the measurement setting B(S860).
