<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies that interact with interleukin-1 receptor type 1 (IL-1R1), methods of treating IL-1 mediated diseases by administering the antibodies, and methods of detecting the amount of IL-1R1 in a sample using antibodies. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides human antibodies comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain comprises a specific amino acid sequence, and specifically binding to interleukin-1 receptor type 1 (IL-1R1), or an antigen-binding or immunologically functional immunoglobulin fragment thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
