<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding that has high mechanical strength and a low linear expansion property by improving the crystal orientation of a thermoplastic resin, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like molding 1 includes the crystalline thermoplastic resin 12 as a main component, and the thermoplastic resin 12 has a laminar crystalline structure. In a wide-angle X-ray measurement at X-ray irradiation to a cross section perpendicular to a surface direction of the sheet-like molding 1, the sheet-like molding 1 exhibits a peak derived from a crystal 12a showing anisotropy.
