<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that fully enhances the fun of a game by reflecting a player's operation mode in performance by a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine 10 includes a front frame (an opening/closing frame 12 and a glass frame 15) covering a game region 32 in the front part, a display control means (performance control device 300) controlling a display device 41 and content to be displayed on the display device 41, and an accessory control means (performance control device 300) controlling movable accessories 44a having variable operation mode and the operation mode of the movable accessories 44a. The game machine 10 further includes an operation detecting means (a plurality of frame operation sensors 26 and a plurality of glass front operation sensors 29) for detecting the motion of the player's operation in front of the game machine, and an operating mode determining means (performance control device 300) determining the mode detected by the operation detecting means. The accessory control means is configured to change the operation mode of the movable accessories 44a to an operation mode corresponding to the result determined by the operating mode determining means.
