<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker that suppresses the number of components and size increase of a device and improves heating efficiency so that a difference of a baked color between a top surface and other sides of bread can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a bottomed cylindrical heater case 2 arranged within equipment body, which forms a heating chamber 1a; a kneading container 7 stored in the heating chamber 1a, which houses a cooking material; a heater 10 arranged around the kneading container 7; and a lid 12 which can open and close an upper opening of the heater case 2. The lid 12 has an inner lid 14 facing the heating chamber 1a. The inner lid 14 is formed of a metal material whose surface facing the heating chamber 1a is subjected to mirror surface treatment so as to reflect heat of the heater 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
