<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform power supply to a loading device. <P>SOLUTION: A network device comprises a selection unit and a supply unit. The selection unit selects a power supply for supplying power to a loading device between a first supply which stably supplies a constant amount of power and a second power supply which is a power storage unit for storing power generated by natural energy, according to a transition state of the loading device and a power storage amount in the power storage unit.
