<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation system provided with characteristics enabling internal processes within an image display device on an intracorporeal image captured by an observation device introduced into a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The observation system includes: a capsule endoscope 2 to be introduced into the subject for capturing an image to obtain image information and radio-transmitting the image information; a receiving device 3 for receiving the radio-transmitted image information; and the image display device 5 for inputting the image information received by the receiving device and displaying an image corresponding to the image information. The capsule endoscope 2 includes: an illumination section 22 with a plurality of light sources 22a-22d for illuminating inside of the subject; a control section 23 for switching the mode between a first mode to capture images with all the light sources on and a second mode for capturing images with part of the light sources off; and a mode information adding section 25 for associating the mode when image information is obtained with the image information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
