<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination operation terminal capable of grasping a region to be illuminated and the brightness thereof easily. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination operation terminal 1 includes a touch panel device 10 on which an image 111 indicating a region to be illuminated is displayed. When an input part 12, i.e., a right button 112 or a left button 113 is operated, brightness of a luminaire in a region indicated by a corresponding image 111 is altered. At the same time, brightness of the image 111 is altered, and a brightness display 114 and a power consumption display 115 are also updated. The region being illuminated by the luminaire to be operated can be grasped easily by the image 111. Furthermore, the brightness of a region being illuminated can be grasped easily by the brightness of the image 111.
