<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly display a display screen of a list of a plurality of items to which a user refers. <P>SOLUTION: When an additional instruction reception unit 13 receives an additional instruction of error guidance from a job control unit 6, an item addition unit 14 adds an item of the error guidance to a display item list of a display item list storage unit 11. When a page data creation unit 10 determines that it is necessary to display the error guidance on a currently displayed screen, the page data creation unit 10 adds data of the error guidance to page data of the currently displayed screen, and if a reservation job and reading guidance associated with the reservation job cannot be fit in the page due to the addition, the page data creation unit 10 excludes them from the currently displayed screen, and stores them as items to be arranged in the next page.
