PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility that an information communication device is found by a third party in the case that a user is away from the information communication device.

SOLUTION: A portable terminal device (an information communication device) 100 has: a short-range communication part 170 for performing short-range communication with a portable short-range communication device 500; short-range communication determination part 372 for determining a communication state between the short-range communication part 170 and a predetermined portable short-range communication device 500; and a concealing function controller 371 for executing a predetermined concealing function in the case that the short-range communication determination part is equal to or less than a predetermined communication state.
