<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing supplying oil to both ends in the axial direction, suppressing local stress concentration of an outer ring, and suppressing chipping of the outer ring in polishing the outer ring outer peripheral surface. <P>SOLUTION: In the roller bearing 40 including the outer ring 42 formed to a cylindrical shape and having an outer ring raceway surface 42a on the inner peripheral surface, an inner ring 48 formed to a cylindrical shape and having an inner ring raceway surface 48a on the outer peripheral surface, a plurality of rollers 44 arranged so as to roll between the outer ring and the inner ring 48, and a retainer 46 including pockets accommodating the rollers 44, a plurality of oil grooves 43 inclining relative to the axial direction and making both ends in the axial direction communicate with each other are arranged adjacently on the outer ring outer peripheral surface 42b, and oil supplied from an oil pressure supply source by the oil grooves 43 is led to both ends in the axial direction of the roller bearing 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
