The present invention relates to a wood processing apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus for processing wood in a plate shape or square shape so that groove processing or a grinding process of wood as a material is easily performed in order to make mix-and-match furniture, and furniture is made using methods such as a cross joint method, a miter joint method, a dovetail joint method, a mortise joint method, and the like. In the wood processing apparatus according to the present invention, an aluminum frame having grooves arranged in a plurality of rows and a plate may constitute a housing of the apparatus. Also, a transfer board fixing the material and serving as a transfer unit may be smoothly transferred by coupling an LM guide rail and an LM guide block combined with the LM guide rail to the aluminum frame having the grooves arranged in the plurality of rows. Also, a rotation shaft may be directly provided to the transfer board and a base plate to easily process angles on the material, and angle scales may be respectively provided on left and right sides of the base plate to easily determine the angle of the base plate. The material may be formed in a shape corresponding to that of a blade coupled to a general-purpose router by a straight line motion of a router plate seated on the base plate to process the material in various mix-and-match shapes. Thus, the wood processing apparatus may be easily used due to the intuitive and simple structure thereof and may precisely process the material. |
