The transmission method involves encrypting a message (N1) with an encryption key (KS1) in an initial encrypted message. The message is divided into data packets (D), where an identification number is added to the data packets. Another message (N2) is encrypted with another encryption key (KS2) for generating a web message. The web message is encoded in a frequency variation pattern (F1) with a web key (SS1). The frequency variation of the frequency variation pattern is assigned to the data packets of the former encrypted message for generating a broadcast message. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a receiving method for hidden data communication, particularly via radio communication; (2) a transmission device for hidden data communication; and (3) a receiving device for hidden data communication.
