<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling method by which a thin-film member or a component such as a tape or a film is surely peeled from a member for conveyance only by slightly changing the shape of the thin-film member or the component. <P>SOLUTION: In the peeling method of the thin-film member (polyimide film) 10 which is stuck to a member for conveyance (tape for conveyance ) and conveyed, the thin-film member 10 is formed into a shape enabling the thin-film member 10 to be easily peeled by reducing the area of a front end 14 on the conveying-direction side of the thin-film member (projection 16 or the like is provided), the member for conveyance is bent in a direction opposite to the sticking side of the thin-film member 10, and the thin-film member 10 is peeled from the member for conveyance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
