摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing method of good productivity capable of obtaining toner which has narrow particle size distribution, a small particle size, and low temperature fixability, and does not cause filming with good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The toner manufacturing method includes a droplet formation step for forming a standing wave of liquid column resonance by exerting vibration to a toner composition liquid in a liquid column resonance chamber in which at least one discharge port is formed, and discharging the toner composition liquid from the discharge port which is arranged at a region being an antinode of the standing wave. The toner composition liquid is formed by dissolving or dispersing a toner composition containing a binder resin and colorant in an organic solvent. When the liquid droplet is solidified, the droplet becomes a fine particle. The binder resin contains at least a crystalline polyester resin, and the crystalline polyester resin is dispersed in the toner composition liquid before changing into liquid droplets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
