<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which is capable of delivering a sheet having an image formed thereon to a printer in the downstream side without stresses when forming images on double sides of a sheet, and suppressing the increase in size of the apparatus in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a reverse mechanism part 63 which is connected in series to a printer #1 forming an image on a first surface of a sheet and reverses the image formed sheet output from the printer #1; and a printer #2 which is further connected in series and forms an image on a second surface of the reversed sheet. The reverse mechanism part 63 includes a linear sheet conveyance path from a position in which sheet reversing is completed to a position of a sheet feeding port of the printer #2. The printer #2 includes a resist part 234 which corrects inclination of a sheet P after the image formation, and a linear sheet conveyance path from the position of the sheet feeding port to an attachment position of the resist part 234.
