<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear structure that can facilitate positioning of a wheel chair. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes: a middle floor panel 12 on which the wheel chair can be mounted and front wheels of the wheel chair are placed; and a rear floor panel 13 on which rear wheels of the wheel chair are placed.
