<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular in-line fluid regulator which is easily retrofitted or reattached in the field. <P>SOLUTION: A modular fluid regulation system includes a body 218, and the body includes a fluid inlet 220 and a threaded outer surface 222 that is screwed to a threaded opening 224 of another fluid regulator to fluid-communicate a first regulator 202 and a second regulator 204 in series. This illustrative fluid regulation equipment also includes a valve 232 for regulating flow of fluid passing through the first fluid regulator, and a pressure detection member 234 operably coupled to the valve, for regulating the position of the valve and regulating an output pressure at an exit 242 of the first fluid regulator.
