<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stub type filter connected in parallel to a main transmission line, which has a high frequencies attenuation promotion line so that resonance repeatedly occurring in a stub line at high frequencies above a frequency in which the stub line length becomes 1/4 of the wavelength thereof is suppressed, and results in excellent pass characteristics over a wide band. <P>SOLUTION: A stub type filter is provided which incorporates a stub line consisting of a high frequencies attenuation promotion line to suppress repeatedly occurring resonance, the high frequencies attenuation promotion line having a conductor for promoting increase in resistance value due to conductor skin effects disposed in the outer periphery of another conductor. In other word, around a center conductor 3 consisting of a single wire or twisted wire conductor 1 and, in the outer periphery thereof, a conductor 2 having greater specific resistance than the conductor 1 thanks to, for example, plating, wire and tape and the like, is applied an insulation coating 4, on top of which is applied a shield 5 and is further applied a sheath 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
