<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling apparatus capable of reducing the amount of cooling water. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling fluid supply pipe 5 and a steam supply pipe 8 are connected to a jacket part 2 of a reaction vessel 1. An ejector 10 is interposed to connect a combination vacuum pump 4 to the lower part of the jacket part 2. The combination vacuum pump 4 includes a three-way selector valve 29; a circulating pump 14, a cold water tank 13 and a heat pump 3; and a circulating pump 24, a hot water tank 25 and the heat pump 3. In the case of cooling the reaction vessel 1, a cooling fluid is supplied into the jacket part 2 from the cooling fluid supply pipe 5. The cooling fluid thereby evaporates to take the heat of the reaction vessel 1, and thus the reaction vessel 1 can be cooled by vaporization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
