<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet laminated body in which a spacer with an optional shape for maintaining a distance between opposing bodies to be adhered can be easily formed, adhesion can be easily done even in the case the distance between the adhered bodies to be adhered themselves is large, and productivity can be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet laminated body has an adhesive sheet 2 constituted of a three-layered structure in which a first adhesive layer 2b and a second adhesive layer 2c comprising thermocurable epoxy adhesive respectively are formed on both surfaces of a base material 2a comprising a heat resistant soft resin sheet, a release film 3 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or releasing agent layer 3b affixed to the first adhesive layer 2b, and a carrier film 4 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4b affixed to the second adhesive layer 2c, the base material 2a has a thickness of 500 to 2,000 μm, the adhesive layers 2b, 2c have respective thicknesses of 5 to 50 μm and have flexibility even in a completely cured state, and is constituted by subjecting the epoxy adhesive to heat treating to a half cured condition, is in a solid state having flexibility at 25°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
