<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bristle material for a polishing brush, which is excellent in hygrothermal resistance and polishing characteristics and exerts sustainable polishing performance, and to provide a polishing brush. <P>SOLUTION: The bristle material for a polishing brush is formed of a monofilament produced by melt-spinning a resin composition that contains 5-50 pts.wt. of polishing abrasive particles based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin or resin composition containing, as the principal component, a polycyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate-based resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
