<p>This dashboard half-crossmember comprises a dashboard crossmember arrangement (20) intended to be attached to the body of a vehicle, said arrangement comprising a crossmember transverse element (21) intended to be attached to a lateral upright (15) of a vehicle at a first end, a substantially vertical stand (22) intended to be attached at its lower end to the floor (11) of the vehicle to support the transverse element (21), and a front support (23) intended to be attached at its front end to a central area of the windscreen crossmember (14), the crossmember transverse element (21) substantially occupying only half of the width of the vehicle interior, said transverse element (21), the front support (23) and the stand (22) being rigidly connected to one another in such a way as to form a rigid and structurally independent tripod without structural connection on the side of the vehicle opposite the lateral upright for the attachment of the transverse element, characterised in that the three constituent parts (21, 22, 23) take the form of separate parts rigidly connected together at a single central point (26).</p> |
