<p>The present invention relates to a transfer roll, a production method therefor, and a method for producing articles using the transfer roll, the invention being characterized in that the transfer roll is constituted by a cylindrical barrel part having a fine concavo-convex shape on at least a part of the outer peripheral surface thereof, and shaft parts, the barrel part is made of high-purity aluminum, the shaft parts are made of a material having a higher stiffness than the material forming the barrel part, and the shaft parts are arranged on opposite sides in the axial direction of the cylindrical barrel part to hold the barrel part between the shaft parts in the axial direction of the barrel part. The present invention provides a transfer roll wherein the strength of the bearing part can be maintained even if the transfer roll is made wider, and a temperature adjustment medium flow passage can be easily formed within the transfer roll.</p> |
