The invention addresses the problem of proposing an electromotive transmission device that can be easily produced in terms of manufacturing technology and simultaneously offers a high level of operating safety. This problem is solved by an electromotive transmission device (1) for providing a drive torque for a vehicle, said transmission device comprising: a housing (6); an electric motor (26) for producing the drive torque, the electric motor (26) being arranged in a motor interior space of a motor housing section (12) of the housing (6); a transmission (18) for converting the drive torque, the transmission (18) being arranged in a transmission interior space of a transmission housing section (13) in the housing (6); an oil sump area (9), the oil sump area (9) being arranged in an oil sump housing section (11) on the bottom side relative to the transmission interior area and connected fluidically thereto, and an oil system (7, 8) designed to draw oil from the transmission (18) out of the oil sump area (9), the oil system (7, 8) comprising an electric oil pump (7) for conveying the oil.
