PURPOSE: A bulk rectifier unit for vessel ballast water processing is provided to reduce the installation space and costs by excluding a pump and a fresh water tank device, and to have high durability toward seawater by forming a cooling pipe where seawater is transferred using a copper material. CONSTITUTION: A bulk rectifier unit for vessel ballast water processing includes a circuit device(200) and a cooling unit(300). The circuit device has a rectifier element which generates the current for the electrolysis of seawater. The cooling unit includes a cooling base(310) which cools the heat generated from the circuit device. The cooling base comprises a cooling plate; a cooling pipe, an inlet, and an outlet. The cooling plate has a plate shape with the aluminum texture. The cooling pipe is formed in between the cooling plates to transfer cooling water(seawater). The inlet and outlet are formed at the end of the cooling pipe. The cooling pipe is made of a copper material. A venturi pipe(320) is additionally included in the cooling unit to transfer the seawater in a seawater pipe directly to the cooling pipe.
