PURPOSE: A light weight timber fire door made of cellulose silicate fiber is provided to minimize property loss and human injury in fire. CONSTITUTION: A light weight timber fire door made of cellulose silicate fiber comprises a front board(110), an aggregate member(150), a rear board(120), a first nonflammable fabric(130) and a second nonflammable fabric(140). The front board is impregnated in a flame resisting liquid and is located on the front side of the fire door. The aggregate member is installed in order to cross the girth and inside of the front board. The first nonflammable fabric covers the inner side of the front board. A fixation pin(160) is compressed between an inner side of the front board and a front side of the aggregate member. The second nonflammable fabric covers over the inner side of the rear board. |
