PURPOSE: A payment processing server and an operating method thereof are provided to process payment through payment key transceiving between devices by issuing a payment key corresponding to card information having priority in real time according to a payment request of a terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A card information extracting unit(210) extracts card information registered for each user according to a card payment request of a terminal device. A list composing unit(220) composes a card list according to priority by setting the priority to card information. An information providing unit(230) issues a payment key corresponding to card information in the card list to provide the payment key to the terminal device. A payment processing unit(240) receives card selection information according to the selection of a specific card from the terminal device in order to process the payment.
